Garage Sale roundup and Father's Day activities

We finished up our garage sale on Saturday. It was technically our third day of selling our things. Okay, my grand total for all three day...$765. I was pretty happy with that. So, I have decided to give my sale one more day. This time around I am going to have the sale at my house. This Friday I will update about how my sale goes. These pics were taken on Saturday. I have to mention that I was really pumped for Saturday. I have never had a two day sale. All my previous garage sales have only been for one day. I was really excited because when I left Friday evening everything was set out and organized for first thing Saturday morning. I wouldn't be rushing around trying to set up while people were shopping. My excitement ended when at 9p Friday night it started storming. Jeff and I ran over to Mom's house with our kids. We joined Mom and April who were already throwing everything into the garage. We cleaned everything up in about 15 minutes. Saturday morning when I woke up at 3:30a it was still storming. So, I went back to bed. When I woke up at 7:30a it was beautiful outside. Saturday morning got a late start. I didn't get to Mom's till after 9a and I was the first one there. Here is April with Savanah and Braxton. Here is me with my much needed cup of coffee.
I am so bummed because I had some friends visit me at my garage sale and I forgot to get their pics. My old friend Sarah stopped by with her two kiddos on Friday. I haven't seen Sarah in about six years. She looked great and it was so exciting to see her and meet her kids. That was such a surprise to have her stop by. Tiffany stopped by on Friday and Saturday. I wish I would have gotten her pic on Friday. She was on her way to work and she looked adorable dressed up for work. Saturday she was just a hot mess. But here she is with one of my favorite girls Kylee. Kylee is Tiffany's stepdaughter and she is as sweet as can be. Saturday my good friend Amy P stopped by. Once again, I forgot to get her pic. She was very sneaky getting away without me taking her pic.

Savanah put all these garage sale tags on her. Then she said, "okay, garage sale me!" Haha!

Sunday was Father's Day. This pic was taken first thing in the morning. Jeff had just got Juliet out of bed. This is so sweet.

Sunday morning Jeff had a little time to get ready. This is unusual. The boys and I went upstairs for some craft time. Tiffany was generous enough to give me some craft supplies so the boys could make Father's Day cards with stickers for Jeff. They loved it!

Here is Jeff with the finished cards. That was so special. The boys were so excited to give their cards to their Daddy.

Group hug!

That is what Juliet thinks of group hugs.

We went to Bob Evans for breakfast with Jeff's parents. Of course, there was a wait. Here are some random pics of the kids waiting patiently to eat.

Going out to breakfast was such a treat for us. We NEVER go out for breakfast. The kids did really well. Well, Juliet kinda did. Luckily we were in the corner so corralled her with our chairs so she could stand and eat. I would have never let the boys out of their chairs in a restaurant, but Juliet just has a way of getting what she wants.

Group photo! This was after breakfast. The kids were a little done.

After breakfast we went to my parent's house for swimming.

Two of my favorite guys, Dad and Jackson.

This is my brother in law Mike. Somebody get this guy a shirt!

Strike a pose!

Who is that sexy guy?

Jackson!

After swimming we had Red Lobster carryout. The kids had hot dogs and mac n cheese. Okay, just my personal opinion but Red Lobster is just gross. I know I don't eat seafood of any kind. I just ordered a chicken salad and it was very unappealing. After dinner the kids had ice cream. What a complete day of fun and visiting with family.

Is Braxton trying to be like his Daddy?
